Equity is the glue to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. By definition, equity means embracing the equal opportunity for growth and advancement of people of color—individually and organizationally. In order for the implementation of DEI initiatives to be effective, it is of critical importance to focus on strategies to build equity into your business or organizational culture. Our Equity trainer Darrell “Coach D” Andrews, a 20-year professional development expert in this arena, will take your team on an “Equity Journey” that encompasses:
- Analysis of equity challenges within individual mindsets and organizational culture.
- How to get teams to reframe and reimagine the overall benefits of establishing equitable systems.
- The process of integrating equity into your leadership and staff development practices.
- Analysis of best practices used by companies and organizations to enhance their equity position.

CORPORATE TRAUMA
The Corporate Trauma experience, by design, gives permission to the professional to explore and express the aspects of their journey through the “Corporate Industrial Complex” that would normally go unspoken due to them being misnomered as “baggage”. This training is also all about exercising the perspective of those individuals who are entrusted with the front-line goals of their firms but struggle to find the humanity in going to work. Each participant will get a closer look at how and why Corporate Trauma exists while also being provided the solutions which are based on real time, real life experiences of the everyday corporate professionals. It is a must for any progressive organization to have the Corporate Trauma conversation in order to prevent it from creeping in as a pervasive culture as well as identifying leaders and the specific leadership profile that is the Corporate Trauma antidote. Our Corporate Trauma trainer, Jamoul Celey, is the originator of this content and he will drive this experience to promote empowerment by:
- Taking a deep dive into the symptoms and residual effects of Corporate Trauma.
- Balancing the impact of Corporate Trauma with proactive solutions.
- Justifying the validity of altruism and idealism being practiced in the workplace.
- Challenging each participant to consider managing their career trajectory through Gift Management vs Fit Management in this training.
