Corporate Trauma: Is the physiological, psychological, spiritual, emotional, financial damage and/or disruption resulting from significant or sustained negative interactions and experiences over time which are associated with the performance environment, hierarchy, stakeholders, competitors of any group or individual within the “Corporate Industrial Complex.” Corporate Trauma is not limited to the Corporate space, it encompasses the workplace.

The Corporate Trauma experience, by design, gives permission to the professional to explore and express the aspects of their journey through the “Corporate Industrial Complex” that would normally go unspoken due to them being misnomered as “baggage”. This training is also all about exercising the perspective of those individuals who are entrusted with the front-line goals of their firms but struggle to find the humanity in going to work. Each participant will get a closer look at how and why Corporate Trauma exists while also being provided the solutions which are based on real time, real life experiences of the everyday corporate professionals. It is a must for any progressive organization to have the Corporate Trauma conversation in order to prevent it from creeping in as a pervasive culture as well as identifying leaders and the specific leadership profile that is the Corporate Trauma antidote. Our Corporate Trauma trainer, Jamoul Celey, is the originator of this content and he will drive this experience to promote empowerment by:
